XCamSearch.com (“XCamSearch”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a live cam model search interface operated under the XFunClip.com network. We aggregate publicly available listings and affiliate feeds from third-party platforms and link you to those platforms to watch. We do not host model streams on our own servers.

2) Scope
This Policy explains what personal data we process when you visit XCamSearch.com, why we process it, how long, and your choices. It applies to our website, APIs, and related pages (e.g., /blog) but not to third-party platforms we link to (such as Visit-X, BongaCams, Chaturbate, Big7, LiveJasmin). Their policies govern their services.

- No account required: We do not require user registration.
- Technical logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamps, pages/URLs, referrer, error logs; used for security and reliability.
- Device & usage: Basic device type (mobile/desktop), interactions (e.g., search filters, clicks) in aggregate.

- Affiliate parameters: When you click a model/room link, affiliate networks may attach identifiers to track attribution.
- Advertising: We display labeled “Sponsored” placements and partner banners. Ad partners may set cookies or read your IP/device data.

Third parties that may process data when you view ads or click out: affiliate/ad networks (e.g., VXCash/Visit-X creatives, BongaCams promos, adtng/AdultForce), and the destination cam platforms. Each third party controls its own cookies/processing.

6) Advertising & Affiliate Links
XCamSearch displays labeled Sponsored placements and affiliate banners. Clicking a partner link may route you via an affiliate network which tracks conversions using cookies or identifiers. We may earn commissions at no extra cost to you. Ads and affiliate tracking are provided by third parties; please review their policies.
7) Data Sharing
- Service providers: Hosting, security, analytics, and monitoring vendors.

- Legal & safety: To comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, users, and partners.
We do not sell your personal information in the common sense of the term.

XCamSearch is strictly for adults (18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has used our site, contact us to remove any related data.
14) Rightsholders & Takedowns
We aggregate public listings and thumbnails that link back to original platforms. If you are a rightsholder and believe content is misrepresented, email [email protected] with details; we respond promptly.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The “Effective date” above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
